Service Terms

When engaging our electrical services, you agree that:

• You authorize My Electrician to perform the agreed-upon electrical work
• You will provide reasonable access to your property during scheduled service
• All estimates are subject to change based on actual conditions found on-site
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made
• Our 2-Year Guarantee applies to labor performed by our technicians; manufacturer warranties apply to materials

Warranties and Guarantees

My Electrician provides a 2-year written guarantee on all labor. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by acts of God, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or conditions outside our control. Equipment and material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Our guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the original service address only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Electrician shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of My Electrician, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. Emergency service calls are scheduled as promptly as possible and cancellations should be made immediately by calling (877) 762-7483.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
